This corporate website explains GSM, its portfolio structure and shared company information. Individual products use their own customer-facing websites containing functionality, pricing, delivery, support and product-specific terms. A product website does not become a separate legal entity merely because it uses a different brand.

A customer purchases only the named product and plan identified before checkout. The applicable product page or checkout states the price, currency, billing cadence, included features, delivery method and any usage limits or credit terms. GSM does not sell an undefined company-wide subscription or an undefined bundle of human-delivered services through this corporate website.

Products are delivered electronically through hosted application access, account activation, download, email or another clearly described digital method. No physical goods are sold through this corporate website. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining secure account credentials.

A purchase may be processed by a payment provider or Merchant of Record identified before checkout. That provider may act as seller of record, process payment and billing information, calculate and remit applicable transaction taxes, issue invoices, perform fraud checks and administer refunds or disputes under its buyer terms. GSM does not directly collect or store full card details on this corporate website.

Recurring subscriptions renew at the price and cadence shown before checkout until cancelled. Customers should cancel before the next billing date to prevent a future renewal. Cancellation normally stops future charges and leaves access available until the end of the current paid period, unless product-specific terms or a lawful suspension require otherwise.

Where a product uses prepaid credits, points or usage units, they are non-cashable units used only for eligible actions inside the named product. They are not money or stored value, do not earn interest, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash and cannot be used outside that product.

Customers must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, maintain any lawful permissions required for data they upload or use, review product outputs and comply with applicable law, product documentation and acceptable-use restrictions.

Prohibited conduct includes fraud, deception, spam, harassment, infringement, malicious software, unauthorised access, credential sharing, unauthorised resale, payment or money-transmission activity, gambling, cryptocurrency activity, regulated financial services, unlawful surveillance, or any use prohibited by the relevant product documentation or checkout provider.

Refund eligibility and the request process are described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment route and may be processed by the applicable checkout provider or Merchant of Record.

The websites, software, interfaces, documentation, templates, branding and underlying intellectual property belong to GSM or its licensors. Unless a product licence states otherwise, customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased product for lawful purposes during the applicable access period.

GSM is not responsible for outages or failures outside its reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to restore affected access.

Access may be restricted, suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, fraud, chargebacks, unlawful use, abuse, security risk, breach of these Terms, or risk to the service, other customers or third parties.

Nothing on this website or in a software product constitutes legal, tax, financial, investment, medical, immigration or other regulated professional advice. Product information and software functionality do not guarantee revenue, business results, regulatory compliance or any particular outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities or losses caused by customer content, customer instructions, third-party services or use contrary to product documentation. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory protections that apply in the customer's country.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material product-specific changes will be communicated where required by law or contract.
