Acceptable Use Policy

How GSM-owned software products and this corporate website may and may not be used.

Last updated: 4 August 2026

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to this corporate website and to every software product owned and operated by Global Solutions Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, including Velocity Vision at velocity-outreach.com. It forms part of the Terms of Use and of any product-specific terms accepted at sign-up or checkout.

2. Permitted use

GSM products are self-serve business software. Customers may use them for lawful business purposes, in accordance with the plan purchased, the documented functionality and any usage, seat, sending or credit limits shown before purchase. Access is granted to the account holder and its authorised users only.

3. Prohibited activity

  • unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading activity of any kind;
  • uploading, sending or processing content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene or that infringes the rights of others;
  • sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or messages using falsified sender, header or routing information;
  • using contact data that was not lawfully obtained, or processing personal data without an appropriate legal basis and notice to data subjects;
  • attempting to access accounts, data or systems without authorisation, or probing, scanning or testing the security of the platform without written consent;
  • introducing malware, running denial-of-service activity, or circumventing rate limits, quotas, authentication or billing controls;
  • reverse engineering, scraping, reselling or white-labelling the software except where a written agreement permits it; and
  • using the software to support activity in prohibited or sanctioned sectors, or in breach of applicable export-control or sanctions law.

4. Customer data and messaging responsibility

Customers remain the controller of the contact data, content and campaign material they place into a GSM product, and are responsible for consent, suppression, unsubscribe handling and sender verification where the product provides those controls. GSM provides governed activation features, but does not approve, author or send campaign content on a customer's behalf.

5. Security obligations

Customers must protect account credentials, use unique passwords, restrict access to authorised users and notify GSM promptly of any suspected compromise. Credentials must not be shared with third parties or embedded in public code repositories.

6. Fair use of shared resources

Where a plan includes usage allowances, credits or sending limits, those limits protect shared infrastructure and deliverability for all customers. Sustained use materially beyond a purchased allowance may result in throttling, an upgrade requirement or suspension of the affected feature.

7. Enforcement

GSM may investigate suspected breaches and may warn, throttle, suspend or terminate access where a breach is identified, with the response proportionate to the severity and the risk to other customers or to third parties. Serious or repeated breaches may result in immediate termination without refund of amounts attributable to the terminated period, and may be reported to law enforcement where required.

8. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse, security issues or misuse of a GSM product through the website contact form or by email to contact@global-solutions-management.com. Include the product name, the account or message reference and a description of the activity. Reports are reviewed on business days.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as products, infrastructure or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies to current use of GSM products and websites.
